PALNV helps low-income families, senior citizens, veterans and the homeless care for their dogs and cats by providing pet food (canned and dry) and cat litter each month free of charge
Seniors, Veterans, financially struggling Families and Homeless must verify the requirements below:
Clients of Helping Hands of Las Vegas Valley and Clark County's VIVO Program qualify automatically however,
their pets must be spayed or neutered.

Our spay/neuter project for 2019 will be open February 1st. The funding for this assistance is made possible by a grant from Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation, #ThanksToMaddie. PALNV's goal is to continue to help control our community's pet overpopulation and reduce the number of animals entering the shelters.
PALNV uses the voucher system to subsidize spay/neuter and works with the following spay/neuter clinics and veterinary hospitals:

PALNV's Wellness Clinic at our Pet Support Center on N Rancho Drive is on hold while we reorganize our strategic plan. We will be offering an alternative solution so we can continue to help your pets with vaccines, microchips, non-surgical wellness exams, fecals, ear infections, eye infections, dispense medications and provide referrals for more serious medical problems.
